An ancient reading, a modern tool
Mira is a virtual Chinese advisor specialising in Ba Zi. She is not a human fortune-teller and does not claim to know the future. She calculates a chart, then proposes a symbolic interpretation to help you think with greater clarity.
Why Mira exists
Many “AI fortune-telling” tools write a seductive answer directly, without a calculation structure. Mira aims for the opposite: strictly separating the data from the interpretation. The engine calculates the pillars, elements, factors and cycles; Mira then turns these elements into a clear reading.
This approach does not remove the mystery. It makes it more honest. The BaZi tradition becomes a map for reflection, not a magical promise. The user always keeps their free will.

Our current limitations
- The birth time improves accuracy. Without it, the Hour Pillar is missing or less reliable.
- The birthplace allows the time zone to be recognised and a solar correction to be applied when the city is identified.
- Very small localities or ambiguous places may require a nearby city or a more precise country.
- The interpretation remains symbolic: it may lack nuance compared to an experienced human practitioner.
- Mira does not replace a personal, medical, legal, financial or professional decision.
Our vision
We want to make Mira a tool for self-knowledge, not a prediction machine. Future steps may include a more developed annual reading, compatibility between two profiles, PDF export, personal history and more comprehensive premium reports.
